Bio: Randy is the Senior Pastor and elder leader for Los Osos Christian Fellowship. One of the strengths that Randy brings to their ministry at LOCF is the diversity of his church and ministry experience over the last 31 years. This includes college experience with the Navigators, theological training at Dallas Theological Seminary, missionary experience in Hong Kong with Overseas Missionary Fellowship, and over 18 years of Senior pastor experience at Los Osos Christian Fellowship. Randy was raised in a Southern Baptist church and has since been a part of a handful of denominations or movements in a handful of places around the world.

He and Anne have been married for 31 years.  Anne was raised in a Congregational church. Anne and Randy both graduated from San Jose State University, which is where their relationship began to grow. They have two children - Joshua (26 yrs.), & Caroline (21 yrs), both of whom are actively involved with them at LOCF. For the early years of their marriage Anne worked as an occupational therapist. Today she calls herself "a stay at home daughter" since she spends alot of her time caring for her aging mother. She is passionate about seeing children grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and His church; and in seeing women set free in Christ to fulfill their calling and destiny. When Randy and Anne aren't with people, they love to go for walks and garden together.

Rob Miller

Bio: Rob Miller has been committed to LOCF since 1985, when he was only 14 years old.  He has served as an elder for the last eight years.  In addition to his duties as an elder, Rob has also served in the worship and children's church ministries.  Rob has been married to his wife Talitha for 20 years, and they have three children.

Bio: Will McCabe has been a part of LOCF since the early 90's when it was still a Vineyard and with the exception of a short lived move out of town, his heart has been and will always be with the community of Los Osos and LOCF.  Will and his wife Cheryl have been married for 12 years and have two beautiful sons, Aidan and Owyn.
